Package for Men Over 40
Personal Training for Men Over 40 Working as a personal trainer in Cardiff, I know that after forty, the body doesn’t respond the same way it once did. Recovery is slower, joints require extra care, and testosterone levels naturally decline. That’s why I created a tailored program for men over 40, designed to rebuild strength, protect the joints, and boost natural testosterone through smart training and supplementation. With the right approach, you’ll not only feel stronger and fresher, but also sleep better and recover faster. I also collaborate with doctors who can check bloodwork and hormone levels, so if you wish, we can safely include Testosteron Replacement Therapy under medical supervision. This combination of training, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments creates real transformation and lasting energy. The program runs for 12–16 weeks with either three or four sessions per week, depending on your needs.

This is my signature personal training program designed exclusively for women in Cardiff.
The focus is shaping, lifting, and firming your glutes while toning your legs.
Across 12 weeks, I guide you through progressive training that evolves every session — no two workouts are the same. The changes are so smooth, you won’t even notice the transition, but your body will.
With consistency, you’ll achieve firmer legs, a rounder and lifted glute shape, and learn how to train this area effectively for life.

Personal Training for Seniors
My ongoing senior training program is designed to improve range of movement, balance, stability, and flexibility. Every session builds strength, protects the joints, and helps prevent bone loss — supporting long-term independence and quality of life.
This program requires a minimum of 3 sessions per week, depending on your recovery and needs.
