My name is Tom Kepski, founder of Xtrafit Life™. This isn’t a big company – it’s just one person fully dedicated to helping others. When you train here, you receive knowledge, experience, and energy given without compromise. And above all, you get the truth.
I came to the UK in 2001 to follow my dreams. Back then, I had already been training since I was sixteen, and I pushed myself to transform from being overweight into becoming a bodybuilder. Through years of hard work, I became a three-time Mr. Wales bodybuilding champion.
My Journey in Body Transformation
On this journey, I discovered many secrets – how to transform the body fast, how to create visible results in weeks, not years, and how to troubleshoot any plateau. These discoveries are now the foundation of my method, and I use them every day with the people who train with me.
From 2006 until today, I have trained 900 people – both online and in person. Many of them became trainers, bodybuilders, and champions themselves. My hope is that you, too, will become one of them.
The Evolution of Xtrafit Life™
Xtrafit Life™ was born in 2011, but it has evolved over the years – just like I have. As my awareness grew, so did the brand. I realized that true transformation is not only about the body. It’s also about the mind and the spirit. And when you align all three, that’s when you truly become complete.
My Holistic Coaching Method
This is why I say: when you train with me, you don’t just pay for sessions. You invest in one of the most important things in life – yourself, your body, your mind, and your independence. That’s why my coaching is holistic:
Training is smart, not just hard
My holistic personal training starts with body recomposition — building a leaner body with lower fat while increasing strength and performance. Sessions combine resistance training, cardio, stretching, and mobility so your body not only looks good but functions powerfully. After 16 weeks, you’ll notice the difference: a stronger, flexible, injury-resistant body that could even run 8 km with ease.
Nutrition is awareness
Food is fuel, but also focus. I teach you how to plan daily meals, balance nutrition with lifestyle, and understand how food impacts your energy, recovery, and concentration. This isn’t about rigid meal plans — it’s about flexible, practical nutrition advice that works for fat loss, strength, and mental clarity. You’ll learn how to eat in a way that supports both your body and your daily performance.
Mindset & Spirit
True transformation requires more than the body — it requires the mind and spirit. I give you techniques to improve concentration, efficiency, and daily focus, making your workouts and your work more productive. And for those ready to go deeper, I introduce meditation and intuitive practices. You’ll learn how to quiet the mind, connect with your heart, and solve problems with clarity and intuition — creating balance and inner peace that extend far beyond the gym.
